Middle States Association Commission on
Elementary and Secondary School

Middle States Association (MSA) is the oldest regional accrediting association in the United States. Established in 1887, it has two commissions (the Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools and the Commission on Higher Education and currently accredits more than 5,000 schools and universities in the United States and international schools in 106 countries.

The MSA-CESS accreditation process is a rigorous review process that takes place every seven years. The accreditation review process ensures that CCAS not only meets the organizational and academic standards, but also undertakes a process for development and growth which provides accountability of its operations, fosters stakeholder involvement and commitment, and develops a culture of planning focused on student performance.

Accreditation International (Al)

The Accreditation International (Ai) for international schools is a credible international accreditation agency for schools, centers, and educational institutions worldwide. Schools accredited through Ai (Accreditation International) achieve growth and development through a systematic management system of education and operations.

The accreditation standards of AI (Accreditation International) are rigorous, evaluating various criteria such as research on diverse curricula, management of international schools, and the integration of academics and faith for the operation of international schools. CCAS received its final accreditation approval in May 2020.

National Council for Private School Accreditation
(NCPSA)

The National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCSA) is an accrediting body for private preschool, elementary, and secondary schools that confers formal recognition of accreditation. As a national review panel, it oversees the standards and review procedures of 16 accrediting association agencies and the Private School Accreditation Association. 

By obtaining official recognition from the NCPSA, graduates from CCAS will be eligible to receive degrees equivalent to those conferred by accredited American private schools.

Association of Christian Schools International
(ACSI) Membership

Accreditation with ACSI engages schools in a vigorous, holistic process of organizational appraisal and improvement that engages every school constituent. ACSI is a highly regarded Christian program for member schools. ACSI has partnerships with all of the U.S. regional accreditation agencies and offer joint accreditation with numerous accrediting organizations.

College Board - SAT & AP Test Center

The College Board is a nonprofit organization that administers SAT/ACT and AP exams globally and is comprised of an alliance of approximately 5,700 colleges and educational institutions in the United States. The College Board is the body that oversees the SAT/ACT and AP exams worldwide, and also manages the exams required for admission to all U.S. colleges.

Going forward, the official SAT/ACT and AP exam scores of CCAS students will be verifiable by overseas colleges that the students apply to, through the issuance of a College Board Code.
